Write to hello@bevmatrx.ai. Tell us which group you work with and what you were doing when something went wrong. On the iPhone, More › This build shows the app’s version and build; include them.

Signing In

Accounts come from an invitation: someone in your group invites you by email, and the link in that email sets your password. There is no public sign-up.

Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page, on the web or on the iPhone. Or sign in without one: either sign-in page will email you a sign-in link.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time:

• In the iPhone app: More › Delete account.
• On the web: Account › Delete Account.

Your login is deleted, and your name, email address and phone number are erased. The counts and approvals you made stay with your group, under “Former team member”, because they are part of the group’s records. Deleting can’t be undone.

If you are your group’s only owner, invite someone else as an owner first, so the group isn’t left without one, or write to us and we’ll help.
