Venues match themselves
We map Toast restaurant GUIDs to your BevMatrx venues automatically — exact matches first, then fuzzy matches you confirm. Several GUIDs can roll into one venue; one GUID cannot split across venues.
Backfill 30 days, 90 days or 12 months
Pick the window. Longer history means better par suggestions and alert thresholds seeded from your own numbers rather than a generic constant.
You see something useful straight away
Before you have uploaded a single invoice, the mix of what your bar actually sells appears. It is the first sign the connection is real and the data is yours.
